About the Artist
Nathaniel “Nathie” Katzoff was raised in New England where he received an alternative education devoted to freedom, self-expression, and the arts.
He comes from a family with a strong connection to the arts and is honored to count Allen Ginsberg as a not too distant relative. The Beatnik philosophy is very much present in his passionate dedication to the freedom of self-expression in his own life.
In 2011, Katzoff founded an art-based woodworking company, (formerly known as “NK Woodworking & Design”) that created custom stairs and large scale installations all over the world. He opened his first Art Gallery in Seattle, in 2021, and continues to exhibit in prestigious art galleries and art shows around the country, to this day.
